How Shifting Your View Can Reconnect You With Yourself
There’s a kind of magic that happens when we do things that give us a new perspective.
We start to see things differently and sometimes, that’s all it takes to come back to a clear view.
Next week, I’m flying to Turkey. I’ll be spending time with family, catching up with old friends, and letting myself be deeply nourished by the land, the culture, the conversations. These trips always help me reconnect with parts of myself that can get a little lost in the busyness of everyday life.
But here’s the thing: you don’t need a big trip to have a shift in perspective.
Sometimes it’s as simple as working from a different space, going to a new park on your lunch break, rearranging your desk, or taking a day off social media. What matters is the change. The interruption of routine. The moment where your system can breathe, reset, and receive something new.
In my coaching, I often see that clarity doesn't come from pushing harder or overthinking. Their ego, and all its worries and doubts, is trying to figure it all out.
A small shift in perspective can reconnect us with our inner knowing. That’s often when the next step reveals itself.
That could come through coaching. It could come through creative play. It could come through travel or time in nature.
But what it always does is reconnect you with your deeper self, your Superconscious, the part of you that knows what you need, what you value, and where your true north is.
So if things feel flat or fuzzy right now, ask yourself:
What would refresh me?
What might help me see things differently?
What tiny shift could I make to change my view?
It doesn’t have to be dramatic to be powerful.
To help you get faster shift I'd be honoured to work with you.
You might be closer to clarity than you think!
