Relaxation Sessions
As we approach the end of 2024, it's essential to embrace relaxation in our lives. Amid the chaos, taking time to unwind allows us to connect with our Superconscious mind, enabling us to create the end results we really want.
This is a 3 week session series:
Dates: Wednesday 20 November, 4 December and 11 December
Thursday 21 November, 5 December and 12 December
