Designed to be done at any time of day, anywhere!
Takes 1 minute. Can be done standing up or sitting down.
This is designed to help your breath move further down into your body and help you feel more relaxed.
– Close your eyes and notice where your breath is in your body.
– Breathe in deeply and hold the breath for a count of 3. Exhale fully.
– Repeat 5 times or more.
– Open your eyes slowly.
